The Janus Portal is an employment ecosystem built around the way work actually happens today. Instead of starting from a job title or a city, we surface offers based on the candidate's fiscal residence and the time the candidate wants to work. This means the search starts from real constraints: where someone is legally based and when they are actually available. Beyond those two core dimensions, you can still use the usual filters you would expect on any modern platform — publication date, offer status, contract type, minimum salary, benefits, industry, and more. These filters refine the results without changing the core principle. The result is a versatile, modern job portal that reflects the current working landscape: flexible, borderless, and centered on the candidate's real situation rather than on a generic keyword search.

The temporal dimension lets you search for offers that overlap with your real availability. You indicate 15-minute blocks when you can work, and the platform finds jobs whose schedules match yours across all twelve months, accounting for daylight saving time changes.

The geographical dimension covers the full presence spectrum: on-site (appears only if it is within a radius from your fiscal residence), hybrid (appears only if it is within a radius from your fiscal residence), remote with periodic presence (occasional travel and work only from the required countries), 100% remote with restricted location (work only if your fiscal residence is the required one), and 100% remote global (work from anywhere). This helps every candidate find opportunities suited to their requirements and to their country of residence.

Yes, for candidates it is completely free: creating a profile, searching, saving, and applying to offers has no cost. Companies purchase credits to post jobs according to their hiring needs.

We operate globally. You can search and post opportunities in any country, as long as they match the location or time-zone requirements stated in each offer.

We apply technical and organizational security measures, encryption, role-based access control, and comply with data protection regulations. We only share the information you choose to display according to your privacy settings.

You can request a copy of your data from the privacy section of your account or by writing to support@thejanusportal.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe with an exportable file.

From your account settings you can start the deletion of your profile and associated data. You can also send a request to support@thejanusportal.com and we will handle the deletion securely.

Click Sign Up, choose the candidate option, and complete the form with your email or Google account. After verifying your email you can access your profile and start searching for jobs.

In your profile, under the availability section, select your time zone and mark the 15-minute blocks when you can work each day. You can use the overlap assistant to copy schedules across days.

Go to My Profile from the user menu and fill in your personal information, experience, education, skills, languages, and availability. A complete profile increases your visibility to companies.

In the search bar enter your residence address and adjust your desired schedule with the visual selector. The system converts your availability to UTC and shows only offers whose schedules overlap with yours.

Open the offer you are interested in, review the requirements, and click Apply now. You can confirm your details and, in some cases, add a message for the company. You will receive a confirmation email.

From My Applications in the user menu you can see the status of each application, company responses, and updates. You will also receive email notifications when there are changes.

Yes. Click the Save button on any offer and it will be added to My Saved Offers so you can review and compare them before applying.

On-site requires working at the company offices; Hybrid combines on-site and remote days; Remote with periodic presence allows occasional office visits; 100% Remote with restricted location requires residing in specific countries or regions; and 100% Remote global lets you work from anywhere.

During sign-up select the company option, complete the contact and corporate profile details, and submit the request. Our team will review the information to validate the account.

We validate companies to ensure offer quality, protect candidates from fraudulent postings, and maintain trust in the ecosystem. The process usually completes within one to two business days.

Credits are valid for 24 months from purchase. If a batch expires, only that balance is marked as expired; the rest of your company's active credits remain available to post offers.

We accept credit and debit cards securely through Stripe. For enterprise accounts or large volumes, contact support to discuss other payment options.

From My Offers click Post new job, complete the details, and one credit will be deducted. Each published offer remains active for 60 days, after which you can renew it if needed.

The system compares offer requirements —time zone, desired schedule, skills, experience, and location— with candidate profiles. You can explore suggestions or search actively using advanced filters.

Yes, you can edit most fields of an active offer from My Offers. Some significant changes may require review or affect the visibility of the posting.

Yes. You can pause, close, or reactivate an offer whenever you need. When an offer is reactivated, its schedule is rebuilt and it becomes visible again to compatible candidates.

Yes. The primary company manager can invite co-managers to collaborate on an offer, review applications, and manage the selection process.

From My Candidates you can view all applicants, filter by offer, review profiles and CVs, change application statuses, and communicate with candidates.
